How do I become an affiliate?
Apply through our Affiliate Registration page. We review every application by hand and email you once it’s approved, so it isn’t instant, but we try to get back to you quickly.
How much commission do I earn?
You earn 10% commission on the value of every order placed with your coupon code or referral link.
When does my commission get confirmed?
Commission is added to your account once the referred order reaches processing or completed status. If an order is later cancelled or refunded, the related commission is removed.
How does referral tracking work?
Once you’re approved, you get your own coupon code and a personal referral link. When someone clicks your link, we set a cookie that lasts 30 days, so you’re still credited if they come back and buy within that window.
Can I use my own coupon code on my own orders?
No. Affiliate codes are for referring other customers, not for discounting your own purchases.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are paid once a month, within the first 5 days of the month, covering everything you’ve earned up to that point. We pay out by bank transfer, so make sure you’ve submitted your bank details. We’ll email you once a payout has gone out. If you have questions about a specific payout, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Where do I see my stats and links?
Everything lives in your Affiliate Dashboard once you’re approved and logged in, referrals, orders, commission earned, and your payout history.
What are the program rules?
Promote us honestly and only through methods we’ve approved when reviewing your application, no spam, and no misleading claims about our products. Full terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
