Welcome to Birdy and Bean. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Birdy and Bean is a trading name of SA Redolence and More, registered in Nigeria (Business Name No. 6906029).
Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm your order by email or WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we cannot verify payment.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through Flutterwave and by direct bank transfer. Your order is processed once we confirm your payment. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but if we find a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 days after your payment is confirmed. Delivery charges vary depending on your state or delivery zone and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or location factors outside our control.
Returns
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only, reported within 24 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product descriptions and colours
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are guides, so please check our measurements before ordering.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity under your account. Please let us know straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our logo, brand name, text, and images, belongs to Birdy and Bean. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
Our liability
We take care to provide good products and service, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
Affiliate Program
We run an affiliate program that lets approved affiliates earn commission by referring customers to Birdy and Bean using a unique coupon code or referral link. If you join the program, you agree to promote us honestly, through the methods we approve, and not to use your own affiliate code on your own orders.
Commission is worked out on the value of a referred order once it reaches processing or completed status, and referral tracking uses a cookie that lasts 30 days from a customer’s click. We may withhold, adjust, or reverse a commission if the related order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent. See our Affiliate Program FAQ for more detail on how the program works.
